From November 11-15, members of the Department of Pathology attended and presented at the Association for Molecular Pathology (AMP) Annual Meeting & Expo. 

 

Dr. Narine LeFevre presented, “Spatial Transcriptomics Enable Identification of Molecular Signatures of Small Intestinal Adenocarcinoma Differential Subtypes and Targets for Therapy.”

 

Dr. Irena Manukyan presented, “Genomic and Transcriptomic Characterization of Carcinoma of Unknown Primary in a Predominantly African American Patient Population.”

 

Dr. Rebecca Yee presented, “Evaluating a Fully Automated 16S/tNGS Solution for the Detection of Bacterial and Fungal Pathogens in Formalin-fixed, Paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues.”
