Answer: Radical nephrectomy.
The renal parenchyma is almost entirely replaced by a tan-yellow variegated mass with focal areas of possible invasion into fat. Confirmed to be renal cell carcinoma, invasive into perinephric and fat with extensive lymphovascular invasion.
